Once you can construct a simple box in perspective you can move on to more complex designs using the simple box as a guide by subdividing it into smaller boxes creating a perspective grid.
 
1. Draw a box in perspective   2. Draw diagonals from corner to corner. This point is the centre of the box tacking into account perspective
 
3. Subdivide the box into four smaller boxes by drawing in centre lines for the box. These centre lines should go through the centre point found in step 2.   4. Repeat step 2 for each of the four new boxes.
 
5. Subdivide these boxes into smaller boxes.   6. You now have a gird with with to work with.
